SMS Terms

The program

MoWoB project updates, operated by MoWoB Technologies. It is one program, about work you have asked us to do. There is no marketing list and nothing to subscribe to.

How you opt in

We text you only if you gave us your mobile number and agreed in writing to be texted, by email while we were already talking. We never buy numbers, and we never add a number somebody else gave us.

What we send

Messages about a project you have asked us about: scheduling a call, confirming a time, sending a scope or a proposal, and updates while work is underway. We do not send marketing blasts, offers, or anything you did not ask for.

How often

Message frequency varies. In practice it follows your project: a handful of messages around a call or a delivery, and none at all in between.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you anything for the messages.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email info@mowob.com. Opting out of texts does not stop us replying to you by email, and it does not affect your project.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery also depends on your handset and your signal, so anything that matters, we also put in an email.

Consent

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can work with us without ever giving us a phone number, and plenty of clients do.

Support

Email info@mowob.com and a person answers, usually the same day and within one business day at the outside.

Privacy

See our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
